Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of booked tour services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in email & phone. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your email and phone.

The cancellation charges would be as follows:

If cancel less than 10 days prior to date of travel: 100% of the advance will be considered as cancellation charge, which is not refunded.

If cancel 15 days prior to date of travel: 5% will be refunded on your advance payment.

If cancel 30 days prior to date of travel: 10% will be refunded on your advance payment.

Any request related to cancellation and refund should be sent to the email id info@sundarbanminatitravels.com

We will be able to process your refund request once your bank account or UPI details shared with us. The refund process may take 5-7 working days.

You will receive the refunded amount to your UPI account or bank account directly.

Crab curry is one of the most famous dishes of Sundarban. The speciality of Sundarban is the large-sized crab available on the local river. The gravy is prepared using onions, garlic and ginger and served with hot steamed rice.

Prawn is one of the most delicious food items in Sundarban. There are several dishes you can try made with prawns, such as Prawn curry, Prawn Malai Curry or fried prawn. Enjoy the dishes with hot steamed rice or as an evening snack.

Hilsa - the king of fishes. The Sundarban Matla River is well connected with the Padma River, which is the breeding space of Hilsa. So, you can expect an authentic taste of Sundarban Hilsa. Mutton and Bengalis have an invisible link. You will not find any Bengali who doesn't prefer mutton. But when it is Sundarban, then nothing can beat the taste. Mutton is generally goat meat curry. The Sundarban goat eats local grasses and leaves so you can expect a fantastic taste. The red-coloured curry with the flavor of different spices and the floating mutton pieces is a blessing for your meal.
